  • Many jobs require sitting at a desk, which can lead to tight hip muscles.

Do you…?

  • Have sore muscles after a hard day of work?
  • Feel like you need help to recover your exercise program?

The Michigan Stretch Therapy Advantage

We incorporate safe techniques developed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 27 years of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT).

Here’s Why Stretch Therapy may be better than physical therapy

Physical Therapy is funded by insurance, and therefore, has limitation as to how long or often you can attend. Also, PT does not address maintenance programs. We are here to assist you after your PT benefit is exhausted. And we can treat at the times and frequencies that work best for you!
